I didn't open it because it's supposed to be a gift.
The box arrived broken but the item wasn't damaged. The infrared warming seems weak or even fake. Rotating elements are a bit distant providing less effective neck massage.
The item is great but the box arrived broken, but otherwise everything is fine.
A very nice device, I tested it on my entire face yesterday, it works very similarly to DiForo Fairy, but it doesn't have a coating (so no gold ions) and you don't feel the "electric current" sensation, which is a plus. I recommend it for this price ❤️
